Delete your account in the app

1. Open LaoLingo and select the Profile tab.
2. Sign in to the Google account whose LaoLingo data you want to delete.
3. Under Legal, select Delete account.
4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

What is deleted

Your LaoLingo profile, synced learning progress, check-ins, favorites, settings, cloud-synced translation history, and account-linked entitlement records are permanently deleted. On-device data can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.

Subscriptions

Deleting your LaoLingo account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You can delete individual translation-history entries and remove saved favorites directly in the app. When cloud sync is enabled, those deletions are synced to LaoLingo's servers. To request deletion of another specific category of synced data without deleting your account, email lchenyu347@gmail.com from the Google account used with LaoLingo and identify the data you want removed.
